Skowhegan River Days 2025 - June 27th, July 11th, August 8th, and September 13th!

This year, we’re reimagining River Fest—now called River Days—spreading the fun across three Fridays throughout the summer, plus one Saturday Kennebec paddle & lawn games event in collaboration with our friends at the Mid-Maine Chamber. Why? Because the river deserves the spotlight and because our businesses deserve more opportunities to benefit from people visiting and shopping in Skowhegan. By focusing on engaging, river-centric events throughout the summer, we’re doubling down on the original purpose of the festival: to celebrate the Kennebec and highlight the exciting future of the Skowhegan River Park. Instead of cramming everything into one weekend, we’re spreading out the experiences, prioritizing Friday energy downtown, and offering more chances to connect with the river all summer long.
