Run of River is a community-driven initiative led by Main Street Skowhegan to transform Skowhegan’s Kennebec River gorge into a four-season outdoor recreation destination. The project includes the Skowhegan River Park, riverfront trails, improved public access, and future whitewater features designed for surfing, kayaking, paddling, and year-round community use.
